Principal - Workforce Transformation

About the role

Infosys Consulting, a mid-size management consulting firm with a parent organisation that is a top-5 IT brand, is looking for a Principal in its Workforce Transformation practice in APAC. The practice supports large global firms and major local brands on organisation change management, human capital management transformation, the future of the workforce and agile ways of working. The Principal plays a key leadership role in a team focused on world-class workforce operations and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and deliver solutions covering employee experience strategies across all pillars of the Workforce Transformation practice.
• Provide oversight and lead the team to deliver high-quality output across multiple projects.
• Lead programme and project management for the deployment of workforce transformation projects.
• Drive practice development activities to expand service offerings and go-to-market initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience, preferably 10 years of consulting experience (e.g. Big Four, global management consultancy, niche consultancy or in-house role on large-scale projects).
• Experience delivering consultancy on employee experience and employee journeys in the people and organisation space.
• Experience implementing people solutions in technology-related projects, as well as M&A and other complex projects.
• Experience growing a practice and business, and leading groups of people from analysts to senior roles.
• Nice to have: fluency in another language besides English (Mandarin preferred).
