Process Engineer – BEOL

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Process Engineer specialized in Back End Of Line (BEOL) processes to support the development and optimization of semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Design, collect data, analyze and compile reports on complex process engineering experiments for multiple products.
• Utilize techniques to characterize hardware, define methods and apply new technologies within safety guidelines.
• Generate internal and external documentation, technical reports and process engineering specifications.
• Develop, plan and execute process engineering projects.
• Train engineers in measurement techniques of film properties and guide data interpretation.
• Interact with customers to resolve complex process engineering issues.
• Design and implement new technology, products and analytical instrumentation.
• Identify, select and work with vendors and suppliers.

Required profile

• Demonstrates depth and breadth of expertise in the specialized BEOL discipline (Functional Knowledge).
