Procurement Coordinator (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Procurement Coordinator to join our Woodlands office. This entry‑level position will support the end‑to‑end purchasing process, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth coordination between suppliers, sales, and warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily purchase orders and monitor delivery status.
• Update shipment schedules and maintain accurate records.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and service providers.
• Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams on goods receipt and inventory updates.
• Maintain procurement documentation such as POs, quotations, and supplier records.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and price/cost comparisons.
• Prepare and handle import/export and logistics documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum O‑Levels qualification.
• Fresh or entry‑level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.

What we offer

• Permanent contract with a basic salary of SGD 2,000–2,800 per month plus performance bonus.
• 5‑day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm).
• On‑site work at our Woodlands location.
