Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive will support Seatrium’s marine and offshore projects by managing the end‑to‑end purchasing process for equipment, parts and materials. This role ensures that all procurements meet project specifications, budgets and delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate marine and topside equipment for purchase.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
• Review purchase requisitions and orders against project requirements and timelines.
• Liaise with project teams and external vendors to guarantee compliance with specifications and budgets.
• Manage the full purchasing cycle – sourcing, quotation, negotiation, shipping, and delivery.
• Issue and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Expedite orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Recommend vendors and evaluate their performance.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, resolve discrepancies on receipt, and maintain accurate records.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to meet planned schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process, Marine Offshore, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience; knowledge of topside equipment is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience managing equipment contracts, especially topside, is beneficial.
