Senior Procurement Specialist

About the role

Qorvo is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead the sourcing of semiconductor probe cards and test equipment. You will be responsible for negotiating high‑value contracts, managing supplier relationships, and driving strategic procurement initiatives that support our global operations.

Key responsibilities

• Procure goods and services, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate activities with assigned suppliers.
• Analyze purchase data to develop long‑term procurement strategies and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Write, review, and manage high‑value contracts while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using metrics and conduct regular business reviews.
• Lead cross‑functional continuous‑improvement projects to enhance productivity and system capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Business or related field (3+ years relevant experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of procurement laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Experience working with suppliers of semiconductor probe cards, test equipment, or related spare parts.
• CPM/CPSM certification and/or Master’s degree is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V‑LOOKUP, X‑LOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system, preferably SAP.
