Procurement Manager – AI Compute

About the role

Bitdeer is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end‑to‑end sourcing of AI compute hardware and related services. The role will support global AI compute projects by securing GPU/CPU servers, EDA software licences and datacenter resources while managing supplier relationships and cost optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full procurement cycle – supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, negotiation, framework contracts, order delivery and after‑sales support.
• Build senior partnerships with domestic and overseas OEM/ODM/channel vendors to secure GPU allocation, production priority, volume discounts and tiered governance.
• Track global compute hardware and EDA software market trends, control spend and achieve annual cost‑reduction targets.
• Mitigate cross‑border delivery, customs and software‑licensing compliance risks for long‑term AI compute projects.
• Draft procurement, EDA subscription and maintenance contracts and coordinate legal compliance reviews.
• Maintain procurement archives, produce monthly spend and supplier‑performance reports.
• Align with internal technology teams to ensure smooth delivery of AI computing projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, International Trade or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience in Asia AI compute or IDC environments, preferably with GPU server and EDA software sourcing.
• Experience with cross‑border procurement, ODM supply chains and hardware BOM structures.
• Proven track record negotiating multi‑million‑dollar contracts and long‑term framework agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to participate in cross‑time‑zone meetings.
