Procurement Manager

About the role

Live Nation is opening a purpose‑built 3,000‑seat live music venue in Singapore. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Procurement Manager will lead purchasing, sourcing and vendor coordination to ensure the venue is fully equipped for daily operations and events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day procurement and purchasing activities across all venue departments.
• Source, evaluate and procure operational supplies, technical equipment, services and event‑related items.
• Obtain quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing.
• Process purchase requests, purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company approval processes, financial controls and procurement policies.
• Coordinate urgent operational purchases and tight‑deadline event procurement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, contract documentation and insurance compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines and pricing consistency.
• Support accounts payable by verifying invoices, matching them to purchase orders and coordinating payments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing or supply‑chain functions, preferably in a venue, hospitality or events environment.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good understanding of financial controls and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Technical Production, Engineering, Marketing and Finance.
