Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead end‑to‑end sourcing, supplier qualification and contract management to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness and continuity for our F&B and hotel operations. You will work closely with finance, operations and sustainability teams to align procurement activities with business goals and ESG standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supplier sourcing, qualification, onboarding and performance evaluation, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality and competitive pricing.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to renewal, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and Singapore regulations.
• Conduct cost analysis, price benchmarking and negotiate trade terms to control spend and achieve savings.
• Collaborate with finance on budgeting, expenditure tracking and variance reporting.
• Oversee inventory control, demand forecasting and replenishment strategies to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Integrate ESG principles, enforce ethical sourcing standards and conduct supplier sustainability audits.
• Handle quality claims, disputes and non‑conformance issues promptly.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B or hotel industry.
• Self‑motivated, independent and proactive with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
