Product Designer – Fashion & Lifestyle

About the role

Le Petit Society is looking for a creative Product Designer to bring our baby, kids and adult clothing collections to life, as well as design lifestyle accessories such as bags. You will work closely with the founders and the marketing team to develop new products from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design lifestyle products (bags, accessories) and clothing for kids, adults and babies.
• Create graphics, prints and illustrations for product collections.
• Produce technical drawings, tech packs and detailed specifications.
• Source and select fabrics, trims and other materials.
• Oversee the product development process from initial sketches to sample creation and final production.
• Collaborate on launch campaigns with the marketing team.
• Assist with embroidery and personalisation details.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in product or fashion design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong sketching and illustration abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with sewing, textiles and fabric sourcing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Mandarin language proficiency is a strong plus.
• Fashion‑forward mindset with the ability to spot consumer trends.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
