Product Lead - APAC Growth

About the role

Wise is a global fintech building the way people and businesses move and manage money across borders. As Product Lead - APAC Growth, you will shape the strategy and lead development teams driving growth and expansion for Wise Consumer and Wise Business products across all markets in the APAC region. The role is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Define what a seamless, well-localised product looks like from the customer's point of view.
• Set long-term strategies and roadmaps for growing mature markets in the APAC region.
• Lead a team of 4+ Product Managers covering growth across all APAC markets for both Consumer and Business products.
• Work in a product-led growth environment, setting ambitious targets, running fast experiments and collaborating with marketing, sales and operations to deliver large-scale, attributable growth.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in product roles, having led high-performing teams of more than 5 Product Managers.
• Experience building consumer and B2B products at scale, including growing an early-stage company and navigating complexity at scale.
• A hands-on player-coach who works at many levels of detail, from individual contributor to leading a wider team.
• Experience leading teams in a product-led growth environment.
• Keen product sense in banking, payments and fintech, with the ability to explain why a product succeeds or fails.
• Analytical and entrepreneurial, able to turn complex problems into clear, structured solutions.

Required skills

• Ability to write your own queries and keep up with engineers on technical discussions.
• Hands-on product work such as customer interviews, UX design, data analysis and coding.
