Product Manager - B2B SaaS / POS Solutions

About the role

Fuku is looking for a Product Manager for its B2B SaaS and POS solutions in Singapore. The role leads the planning, development and continuous improvement of POS, retail management systems, CRM and other enterprise software, working closely with sales, engineering and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product planning, development and continuous enhancement of POS, retail management systems, CRM and other enterprise software.
• Understand customer needs and business requirements and work with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Prepare PRDs, user stories, wireframes and functional specifications.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritise requirements and oversee enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Customer Support on development, implementation and delivery.
• Support pre-sales through customer meetings, product demonstrations and solution discussions.
• Maintain product documentation, feature catalogues, user guides and sales enablement materials.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor products to drive improvement and innovation.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience for B2B software, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience with POS systems, retail management systems or CRM platforms is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage software product development from concept through implementation.
