Product Manager - Compliance (Singapore)

About the role

coins is looking for a Product Manager for its Compliance product in Singapore. The role works with Compliance, Engineering and Design to shape the user journey from registration through KYC and beyond, and plans the product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Compliance, Engineering and Design to ideate, build and optimise the user journey from registration to KYC and beyond
• Plan the product roadmap for the compliance side
• Make decisions based on quantitative analysis, qualitative research (including competitor research) and customer insights
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders such as Compliance, Customer Support and Operations to scale the business while delivering a top-class user experience

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) or a design-related field (e.g. Design, Human-Computer Interaction)
• Experience building and managing fintech-related compliance and KYC features and flows
• Familiarity with onboarding and KYC flows of crypto exchanges and fintech apps
• Ability to work in a data-driven environment and move metrics toward KPI goals
