Product Manager – Digital Tourism Solutions

About the role

GovTech is seeking a motivated Product Manager to lead the creation and enhancement of visitor‑facing digital products for the Singapore Tourism Board. You will shape product vision, strategy and roadmap, delivering innovative solutions that enrich the tourism experience while supporting national tourism objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with STB goals and GovTech’s digital transformation agenda.
• Conduct user research, market analysis and competitive assessments to uncover needs and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, wireframes and prototypes.
• Prioritise backlogs, manage product lifecycles and collaborate with engineering, design and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Define, monitor and analyse key product metrics, iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes.
• Engage with STB stakeholders, industry partners and other government agencies to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Champion a user‑centric design approach and foster continuous improvement within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably in digital services or tourism.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
