Product Manager - HR SaaS

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Product Manager for its HR SaaS product, ZingKey, based in Singapore. The role manages the development and enhancement of HR software based on business and customer requirements, working with customers, sales and implementation teams, and with UI/UX, development and QA teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the development and enhancement of ZingKey's HR SaaS products based on business and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, Sales and Implementation teams to understand HR processes, operational needs and system requirements.
• Prepare product requirements, PRDs, process flows, prototypes and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Work with UI/UX, Development and QA teams through development and testing, and monitor progress so features meet requirements.
• Support the development of HR modules such as Payroll, Attendance, Leave, Shift, Benefits and Onboarding.
• Review customer feedback, market developments and competitor products to identify improvements.
• Take part in product roadmap, release planning and feature prioritisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, ERP, HRMS or enterprise software products.
• Experience with HR systems in the Singapore market is required.
• Strong understanding of requirement analysis, business processes and system workflows.
• Ability to independently prepare PRDs, process flows and product prototypes.
• Good communication and coordination skills across business and technical teams.

Required skills

• PRD preparation, process flow design and prototyping.
• Added advantage: experience with HRMS, HCM, Payroll or ERP products.
• Added advantage: familiarity with Singapore HR, Payroll, CPF, Leave and Attendance processes.
• Added advantage: experience with B2B SaaS, multi-tenant systems or complex enterprise software.
• Added advantage: previous experience in Implementation, Business Analysis or Enterprise Software Consulting.

• Salary range of $5,000-$7,000.
