Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of technology products that blend physical devices, software capabilities, and operational workflows. You will collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to turn user and operational needs into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive enhancements for hardware‑enabled products and their digital platforms.
• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Work closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, Sales and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate hardware and software integration, ensuring alignment across components.
• Lead product testing, UAT, pilot implementations and production roll‑outs.
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, operational workflows and product efficiency.
• Manage product issues, prioritize enhancements and monitor adoption, usage and performance.
• Maintain product documentation and support implementation across multiple markets.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of product management or related experience.
• Experience with hardware‑enabled technology, smart or connected devices, and integrated hardware/software solutions.
• Strong understanding of how hardware interacts with software applications and backend systems.
• Proven ability to manage requirements, testing, implementation and ongoing enhancements.
• Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach and comfort in fast‑paced environments.
