Production Coordinator / Assistant Planner

About the role

Leviat is seeking a Production Coordinator / Assistant Planner to support daily production operations and worker welfare at its Singapore site. The role ensures smooth flow of rebar documentation, accurate data handling and coordination of workforce logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and verify incoming rebar documentation from suppliers and customers, sort and issue work orders to the production supervisor.
• Enter, update and maintain production data in the internal system.
• Manage worker timesheets, calculate overtime and submit monthly working hours to HR.
• Prepare threading reports and handle dormitory‑related matters.
• Coordinate worker training programmes (Multiskill, Coretrade, CSOC, OFAC) and maintain the training plan matrix.
• Book clinic appointments, process leave requests and update medical certificates in the Times system.
• Assist workers with travel arrangements, arrival cards and work permit applications/renewals.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to other departments as required.
