About the role

The Production Manager will lead the manufacturing operations at our Ang Mo Kio facility, ensuring efficient workflow, high quality output, and strict adherence to safety standards. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage resources, and act as the primary liaison with clients on budget and delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule.
  • Training new employees and fostering continuous skill development.
  • Scheduling regular maintenance for all production equipment.
  • Discussing budget expectations and project scopes with clients.
  • Purchasing required materials and managing inventory levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols.

Required profile

  • A degree in Business Management or a related field (advantageous).
  • Relevant industry experience in production or manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
