Production Operator

About the role

Sealed Air is seeking a Production Operator to help manufacture high‑quality packaging solutions while meeting production targets and cost goals. The role involves operating and setting up equipment on the shop floor to ensure efficient, safe, and consistent output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up equipment operation parameters such as feed, speed, and temperature.
• Operate conventional and CNC manufacturing equipment for cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping.
• Select and measure raw materials and components to required specifications.
• Manufacture sufficient quantities of products while staying within budgeted production costs.
• Identify and resolve issues related to machinery, processing, and packaging operations.

Required profile

• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Experience working with manufacturing or production equipment.
• Attention to detail when measuring and preparing raw materials.
• Problem‑solving mindset for addressing equipment or process disruptions.
