Production Operator – Permanent Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our night‑shift team on a permanent basis. You will work in a high‑volume medical‑technology manufacturing environment, ensuring machines run smoothly and products meet strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and record machine or process parameters, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Perform sampling inspections according to the quality plan and handle non‑conforming product disposition.
• Conduct minor troubleshooting, housekeeping, and cleaning of machines and work areas.
• Update machine PMS satellite with component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Execute product and machine changeovers, including material swaps, tool/die changes, and set‑up data entry.
• Participate in daily shift changeover meetings and monthly team performance reviews.
• Carry out preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning of ink pumps, and die maintenance.
• Assist Technical Specialists with major maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, Kaizen submissions, and safety/ISO14001 environmental compliance.
• Coordinate shift resources, ensure manpower coverage, and train new personnel.

Required profile

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably night shift.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and ISO14001 environmental guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings, continuous‑improvement projects, and Kaizen activities.
