Production / Product Engineer – Semiconductor Testing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production / Product Engineer to support semiconductor testing and manufacturing activities. The role requires hands‑on expertise with ETS or other semiconductor ATE tester platforms and will involve troubleshooting, yield improvement and new product introduction.

Key responsibilities

• Support semiconductor production testing, product engineering and manufacturing operations.
• Perform product and test debugging, troubleshoot production‑related test issues, and analyse test data and yield trends.
• Maintain and optimise ATE test programs and tester‑related activities for production requirements.
• Drive yield improvement, quality enhancement, test‑time optimisation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Assist with new product introduction, product qualification and transfer to production.
• Investigate lot‑on‑hold, low‑yield and abnormal test results and provide appropriate disposition.
• Coordinate with Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Process and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics or a related discipline.
• Minimum three years of semiconductor product/production/test engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with ETS tester platforms or other semiconductor ATE testers.
• Good understanding of semiconductor testing, wafer sort/final test, yield analysis and production processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional engineering teams.
