Production Supervisor

About the role

Pan American Infra is seeking a Production Supervisor for its mining plant in the West. The successful candidate will oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient and sustainable production while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily plant activities and coordinate production schedules.
• Supervise a team of employees and plant operators, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Organise deliveries and transport logistics to support uninterrupted production.
• Monitor equipment performance, especially bricklaying and drying machines.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP quality systems.

Required profile

• Completed NATIN or equivalent level of education.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a production environment.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions on the shop floor.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Operation and oversight of bricklaying/drying machines.
• General knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering.
• Familiarity with ISO 22000 quality standards.
• Understanding of HACCP food safety principles.
