Production Technician – Day or Night Shift

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machine and process units.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures to meet production targets and quality specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, servicing, and part replacement.
• Monitor and record machine parameters, taking containment and corrective actions when needed.
• Conduct sampling inspections per the Quality plan and manage non‑conforming product disposition.
• Assist the Team Leader with changes, projects, and compliance to EHS, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Accurately update MES data, including component lot numbers, shift output, waste, and downtime.
• Handle material activities including packing, unpacking, loading, and unloading.
• Perform visual inspections using a scope.

Required profile

• Minimum Secondary School/O Level/SPM/NITEC/Diploma in any field.
• Legal right to work in Singapore.
• Ability to work in cleanroom or non‑cleanroom settings.
• Willingness to work permanent day or night shifts and stand for long periods.
