Productivity Process Engineer IV

About the role

As a Process Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes for display and semiconductor technologies. You will collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, and troubleshoot engineering issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for defect, particle, contamination, and yield investigations.
• Develop expertise in defect characterization using defect maps, SEM, TEM, EDX, chamber data, and process analytics.
• Drive root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for customer escalations and field issues.
• Develop and validate process, hardware, and operational improvements to reduce defectivity and improve yield.
• Lead productivity improvement projects focused on chamber stability, matching, uptime, and cost of ownership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex problem solving.

Required skills

• Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM).
• Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM).
• Energy‑Dispersive X‑ray spectroscopy (EDX).
• Defect mapping and analysis.
• Process analytics and hardware characterization.
