About the role

The Department of Strategy and Policy at NUS Business School is seeking tenure‑track and tenured faculty across all ranks in Strategy, Management of Technology, and Entrepreneurship. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. or be near completion and will join a vibrant, internationally‑ranked department.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑quality research and publish in top‑tier journals such as SMJ, AMJ, and ASQ.
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in strategy, technology management, and entrepreneurship.
• Supervise and mentor graduate students and doctoral candidates.
• Secure research funding and contribute to the department’s scholarly reputation.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and academic committees.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Strategy, Management of Technology, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related field (or near completion).
• For senior ranks: an established record of publications in leading journals.
• For junior ranks: strong potential for top‑journal publications and demonstrated teaching effectiveness.
• Ability to attract research funding and collaborate internationally.
