Programme Coordinator (4-Month Temporary)

About the role

NHG is one of the three sponsoring institutions in Singapore offering residency training programmes for doctors pursuing postgraduate medical education. As Senior Executive in Residency Operations, you will act as a Programme Coordinator supporting the assigned Programme Director in managing the residency training programme. The position is a 4-month temporary assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in programme accreditation and management
• Administer and maintain a conducive educational environment
• Plan and organise the resident recruitment and selection exercise
• Assist with faculty appointment and development
• Join intra- and inter-departmental projects that support the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives, matched to your aspirations and competence

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of work experience
• Prior experience in education administration or healthcare is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and able to work independently
• Good organisational skills and team player with a pleasant personality

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (essential)
• Excellent spoken and written English
