Programme Executive

About the role

The Programme Executive will coordinate and develop community programmes for children, youth and families at Bethesda CARE Centre. This full‑time position involves managing day‑to‑day operations, liaising with volunteers and partners, and ensuring programmes meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities for the children, youth and family department.
• Manage relationships with beneficiaries, volunteers and community partners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, maintaining professional standards and documentation.
• Participate in needs and intake assessments to determine programme viability and client eligibility.
• Conduct home visits and support school‑based initiatives as required.
• Plan, implement and monitor programmes, including setting objectives, budgeting, logistics and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes against objectives.
• Prepare and submit review and outcome reports, maintain client databases and ensure proper record‑keeping.

Required profile

• Passionate about engaging children, youth and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and coordinate with volunteers and partners.
• Experience planning and facilitating engaging activities for children and youth.
• Minimum one year of experience working directly with children and/or youth in a professional or community setting.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and weekday evenings.
