Project Administrator

About the role

The Project Administrator supports the day‑to‑day operations of the Project Management Office, working closely with Project Managers, field and design teams to ensure smooth delivery across the full project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers and teams throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project documentation, records, and reports.
• Provide quality assurance support to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and assist in resolving them.
• Schedule and organise meetings, record decisions, and track assigned tasks.
• Assist in managing workflows, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in a relevant M&E discipline.
• At least 3 years of related experience in Singapore M&E construction industry.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Familiarity with construction industry practices, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities, with multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Working schedule of 5.5 days per week.
