Project Coordinator - Lighting

About the role

An established lighting company is hiring a Project Coordinator based at 21 Kallang Avenue, Singapore, within its Sales department. The role covers coordinating project activities, preparing lighting proposals and plans, liaising with architects, designers, contractors and clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation.
• Handle sales queries, prepare and follow up on sales quotations, product deliveries and installation works.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities so that deadlines are met.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties such as architects, designers, lighting consultants, contractors and clients.
• Attend site meetings and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare lighting proposals, draft lighting plans and participate in lighting design.
• Conduct site visits and site surveys.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related capacity.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Good team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal guidance and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to cover colleagues during leave or sick leave.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar software platforms.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-Up and Photoshop.
