Project Delivery Manager – NVIS

About the role

Join NVIDIA’s Professional Services organization as a Senior Project Management Manager. You will lead a high‑performing team of Project Managers delivering complex data‑center projects for top cloud service providers and AI platform customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, organize, and scale a team of Project Managers, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Coach new hires with structured onboarding, technical guidance, and soft‑skill development.
• Manage the full people‑management lifecycle: hiring, performance reviews, career development, and retention.
• Set performance metrics, monitor project delivery progress, and enforce corrective actions to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.
• Design and continuously improve team workflows, best practices, and governance to meet NVIDIA’s compliance standards.
• Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and executive contacts at CSP and AI platform accounts.
• Act as the escalation point for complex project issues, coordinating cross‑functional resolution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Project Management teams in enterprise‑level data‑center or cloud environments.
• Strong customer‑obsession and ability to align team goals with strategic business objectives.
• Demonstrated talent‑development skills and a track record of fostering high‑performance cultures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
