Project Engineer – Automation

About the role

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Project Engineer focused on automation. You will manage projects from planning through delivery, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high‑quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project activities to meet schedule, budget, and customer requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and work with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Allocate engineering resources and ensure project quality, safety, and customer expectations are met.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in project engineering or coordination within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Exposure to automation equipment or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and occasional night shifts.
