Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects across Singapore. You will coordinate technical activities, ensure quality standards, and act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project activities to achieve timely, quality completion.
• Delegate tasks to project personnel to optimise team performance.
• Plan and schedule timelines in line with client and contractor requirements.
• Monitor manufacturing and construction progress, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate site meetings with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Coordinate resources to ensure on‑time delivery and execution.
• Provide engineering support during tender phases, collaborating with departments and negotiating with third‑party contractors.

Required profile

• Experience in construction project coordination and execution.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with all project stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
