Project Engineer – Unmanned & Integrated Systems

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead engineering projects within ST Engineering's Unmanned & Integrated Systems business, ensuring technical specifications are met, schedules are adhered to, and budgets are controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Schedule and conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address issues.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documents to ensure compliance with engineering standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external parties.
• Implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections and tests, and resolve any quality issues.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress to adjust plans as needed.
