Project Executive / Manager – Telecommunications (up to SGD 4,300/month)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Executive / Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications projects for internal and external stakeholders. This 12‑month contract role offers fresh graduates and junior professionals hands‑on experience in project coordination within a dynamic technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end‑to‑end delivery of telecommunications projects.
• Ensure projects meet agreed timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks.
• Facilitate communication between customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Assist with project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.
• Track and ensure completion of project billing milestones.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities.
• Experience in project coordination, delivery, or administration.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
