Project Finance Controller

About the role

The Project Finance Controller will lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for large ICT projects. You will ensure financial data quality, manage risks, and support strategic decisions across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Perform project estimation, budgeting, accounting, and final accounting to meet operational targets.
• Develop financial solutions, acquire high‑quality contracts and mitigate project‑level financial risks.
• Maintain data accuracy, implement internal controls, and ensure consistency between inventory accounts and goods.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, delivery and operations teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and financial best practices.
• Continuously improve financial processes and deploy AI‑driven finance transformation tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance management experience; ICT industry experience is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to take responsibility for tasks and learning.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English to communicate with Chinese counterparts and headquarters.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using Lotus Notes.
• Familiarity with Oracle financial systems.
• Knowledge of visual analytics tools for reporting and forecasting.
