Project Lead / Manager – M&E & A&A

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Project Lead / Manager to oversee M&E and A&A projects across Singapore. You will guide a project management team, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project operations, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage vendor performance and enforce safety and safeguarding protocols.
• Prepare progress reports and present schedules and budgets to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with building plan submission processes and obtain necessary authority approvals.
• Integrate eco‑friendly practices to support sustainability objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as PMP are an advantage.
• Membership in professional bodies like the Society of Project Managers Singapore or the Institution of Engineers Singapore is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage complex facility improvement and minor works projects.
