Project Management Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Manager to lead construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors while overseeing project schedules, quality plans, and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor master and short‑term construction programmes to ensure timely progress.
• Appraise construction techniques and method statements for suitability and effectiveness.
• Perform simple design calculations to support project requirements.
• Monitor daily project operations, maintain workflow, and address issues promptly.
• Supervise and track project progress to meet milestones and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical problems encountered during construction activities.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project operations.
• Ensure all construction work complies with drawings, certifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align activities with project schedules and standards.
• Oversee implementation of the Project Quality Plan to maintain high‑quality outcomes.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote good housekeeping practices on site.
• Manage processing and finalisation of project‑related claims.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
