Project Manager – A1 Main Contractor (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead A‑grade main‑contractor projects across Singapore, covering hotels, commercial, industrial, institutional and HDB developments. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to hand‑over while ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget and to required quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues and mitigate risks.
• Review construction drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Handle project documentation, contracts, variation orders and progress reports.
• Lead site meetings and provide regular updates to management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, authority requirements and company policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience with a main contractor in Singapore.
• Experience delivering hotel, commercial, industrial, institutional or HDB projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and delivery processes.
• Proven leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with construction or project‑management software.
