Project Manager – Business Technology Platforms

About the role

Lockton is looking for a hands‑on Project Manager to lead the rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of its core business technology platforms for People Solutions teams across Asia. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, from gathering requirements to change management and issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of assigned technology platforms, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
• Partner with platform users across Asia to collect, document and analyse requirements, support testing and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage release and change activities, including communications, training, documentation and user adoption initiatives.
• Gather feedback from regional stakeholders, identify improvement opportunities and influence platform enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, platform rollouts or technology‑enabled initiatives.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS implementations or system rollouts.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar qualification is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance/InsurTech or employee benefits is advantageous but not required.
