Project Manager - Cleanroom Construction (6-Month Project)

About the role

Bureau Veritas is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a six-month industrial construction and facility upgrade project in Singapore. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from design review through construction and final handover, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery to the required quality standards. Experience with manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or cleanroom projects is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design review through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and overall performance.
• Lead construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
• Identify risks and put mitigation plans in place.
• Manage procurement, contractors and site operations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and clients.
• Deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial projects.
• Experience delivering projects in Singapore.
• Preferred: manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or cleanroom facilities, and facility upgrades, expansions or renovations.
