Project Manager – Construction & IFM

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction and integrated facilities management (IFM) projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery, from initiation through close‑out, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, defining scope, objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scheduling, cost estimates and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison between owners, stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
• Manage procurement processes, tender preparation, evaluation and contractor appointment.
• Review and coordinate design submissions, securing timely approvals from authorities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality.
• Control scope, budget and changes while ensuring compliance with contractual and safety standards.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring works meet specifications and quality expectations.
• Manage project close‑out, including inspections, defect rectification, documentation and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Degree in Building, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline from a recognised institution.
• PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing facility‑management and office‑renovation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with Singapore public‑sector contracts (PSSCOC) is highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and results‑oriented mindset.
