Project Manager (Construction)

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion. You will be responsible for translating client schedules into effective project plans, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating material, manpower, facilities and consumables.
• Oversee the entire construction lifecycle, ensuring adherence to time, cost and quality targets.
• Maintain process stability, control, and full traceability of headcount, site safety and equipment.
• Identify resource issues early and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors, suppliers and site staff; liaise with client representatives and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with contractual specifications during construction, handover and any maintenance periods.
• Uphold company policies, SOPs and Singapore legal requirements.
• Review, negotiate and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Handle employee grievances in coordination with HR.
• Support training and development to build people‑management and technical capabilities within the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore or equivalent qualification accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control.
• Minimum 5 years of local experience in the building and construction industry.
• At least 3 years of experience managing design and construction teams on LTA projects.
• Strong project and time‑management abilities.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
