Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, schedule, monitor and hand over projects according to agreed timelines and budgets.
• Review contract documents and drawings, and negotiate with consultants, clients, authorities and contractors.
• Coordinate shop‑drawing submissions and ensure timely delivery with the drafting department.
• Control project budgets, track expenditures and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance on all sites.
• Attend kick‑off, progress and closure meetings with all stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims and reports.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB Singapore accreditation is a plus).
• Minimum six years of project management experience in the local construction industry.
• Strong leadership, planning and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Available to start on short notice and reachable by mobile at any time.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
