Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead building construction projects from inception to completion. The role involves overseeing all operational and administrative aspects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, cost controls and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients and consultants to drive progress according to the schedule of works.
• Monitor and enforce quality, safety and environmental regulations on site.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s ISO management system.
• Lead and mentor a team of project staff throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in construction recognised by relevant professional bodies or the Building and Construction Authority.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale industrial or building development projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project for scheduling and tracking.
• Construction Safety Course for Project Manager certification.
