Project Manager – Construction (Mandarin speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead construction projects in Bukit Batok. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and able to coordinate between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare cost estimates, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and monitor expenditures to avoid overruns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and general contractors.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality assurance measures on‑site.
• Track construction progress, manage change orders, and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Maintain project schedules and submit regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum degree in a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Project Manager role within construction or engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, conflict‑resolution, and communication skills.
