Project Manager – Contract Logistics (APAC)

About the role

DSV is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead contract logistics projects across the APAC region. Reporting to the Lead of Project Management and Training, you will drive operational excellence, manage system migrations and technology rollouts, and ensure flawless project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all operational project workstreams following the Contract Logistics Project Approach (CLPA), from initiation through hand‑over.
• Conduct systematic project health checks, identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to local management.
• Analyse customer data to pinpoint improvement areas across people, systems, processes and layout.
• Plan and execute ERP and WMS migrations, defining scope, managing risks and delivering change‑management plans.
• Maintain project documentation, tools, templates and standards throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on operational project management experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record delivering medium to large‑scale ERP/WMS implementations.
• Experience with cold‑chain, healthcare, high‑tech or FMCG product projects.
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding of contract logistics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence skills.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically or overseas on a project basis.
