Project Manager - Data Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of data centre fit‑out and construction projects in Singapore. The role covers planning, pre‑construction, execution, commissioning and handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and safety are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of data centre fit‑out and construction projects from pre‑construction through handover.
• Develop and manage execution plans, programmes, budgets, procurement strategies and delivery schedules.
• Monitor progress against cost, quality and contractual requirements, and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary works including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS, fire protection, ELV, security and architectural packages.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, integrated systems testing and final handover activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, chair project meetings and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Building Services Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience managing data centre construction or fit‑out projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC, HSE, contract administration and Singapore standards.
• Demonstrated ability in project planning, programme management, cost control, procurement and commissioning.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
