Project Manager – Digital Health Accelerator

About the role

The Digital Health Accelerator (DHA) seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead adoption and scaling of innovative digital health solutions across start‑ups, hospital systems and research partners. You will coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams, ensure project delivery, and quantify health and financial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital health adoption and scaling projects involving start‑ups, innovators, hospitals and A*STAR.
• Collaborate with Hospital Project Managers to define project scope, budget and timeline.
• Manage execution, identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Convene DHA, DxD Hub and ecosystem partners to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor stakeholder priorities, provide regular progress updates and manage communications.
• Develop project agreements, procurement specifications and technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 8 years experience deploying software solutions in Singapore public healthcare institutions.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485 and ISO 62304 standards.
• Good understanding of medical device regulations, cyber‑security requirements and integration workflow needs.
• More than 10 years experience in healthcare digital solutions deployment.
• Familiarity with HCIT interoperability standards such as DICOM, HL7 and FHIR.
• Knowledge of tiered technical, communication and security architecture.
• Understanding of privacy standards including PDPA and HIPAA.
