Project Manager – Digital Workplace (Financial Services)

About the role

LG CNS Singapore is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the deployment of modern workplace solutions such as SharePoint, OneDrive and collaboration tools for a leading bank. You will bridge IT infrastructure and business needs, driving productivity and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital workplace projects, from scoping and business case development to deployment and hyper‑care.
• Own timelines and budgets, track milestones, allocate resources and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with vendors, system integrators and internal IT teams to align technical delivery with business requirements.
• Act as the voice of end‑users, ensuring solutions address real pain points and boost daily productivity.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management and other cross‑functional teams for smooth roll‑outs.
• Prepare and present project roadmaps, risk assessments and status reports to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Design and execute adoption strategies, training programs and communication plans to achieve high user‑adoption rates.
• Define and track KPIs to measure productivity gains and ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record delivering digital workplace, employee experience or collaboration projects.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance and security requirements in the financial sector.
