Project Manager – Digital Workplace Solutions

About the role

LG CNS Singapore is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the deployment of modern workplace solutions such as SharePoint, OneDrive and other collaboration tools. The role focuses on transforming employee experience within a financial services environment while meeting strict regulatory and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of digital workplace projects, from scoping and business case development to deployment and hyper‑care.
• Own timeline and budget, tracking milestones, allocating resources and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate with external vendors, system integrators and internal IT teams to align technical delivery with business needs.
• Act as the voice of bank staff, ensuring solutions address real pain points and boost productivity.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk Management and other cross‑functional teams for smooth roll‑outs.
• Prepare and present project roadmaps, risk assessments and status reports to steering committees and senior leadership.
• Design and execute adoption strategies, training programs and communication plans to drive high user‑adoption rates.
• Define and track KPIs to measure productivity gains and ROI.

Required profile

• 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in banking or a highly regulated financial services environment.
• Proven track record delivering digital workplace, employee experience or collaboration projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies; PMP, Prince2 or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable.
• Understanding of financial sector regulatory, compliance and security requirements.
