Project Manager – Engineering & Construction

About the role

The Project Manager will support the Project Lead/Team Leader in coordinating activities across consultants and stakeholders for assigned projects. This role serves as the primary point of contact for project delivery within the Team Leader’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain all project documentation, including execution plans, meeting agendas, minutes, cost plans, variation and action trackers, programs, safety inspections, reports, defect trackers, and close‑out documents.
• Post documentation to approved repositories and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Monitor and track project schedules, costs, and deliverables; produce status reports covering milestones, issues, risks, benefits, and cost summaries.
• Attend design, client‑consultant, and site meetings; ensure governance aligns with client expectations.
• Support financial management through variance reporting and analysis.
• Inspect site progress, advise construction teams on scheduling efficiencies, and enforce HSEQ controls.
• Assist the Project Lead in ensuring all procedures meet method statements and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, M&E or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in engineering or construction.
• Hands‑on experience with tenant‑improvement construction projects is preferred.
